Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects and leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions including software, hardware, cloud services, SaaS, and IT services.
- Schedule meetings, conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for smooth project handover and execution.

Skills Required:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of software solutions, cloud services, SaaS platforms, and IT services will be an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, networking, market research, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions including software development, cloud services, SaaS platforms, infrastructure solutions, and managed IT services.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal submission, and requirement gathering to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
